Mega 2560 R3
Support bulk orders and sample orders
The MEGA2560 2012 R3 version is the controller version, and the differences from the 2011 version are as follows:
1. The ATMEGA16U2 chip is use to replace the 2011 version of ATMEGA8U2, and the ISP FLASH capacity is double to facilitate more powerful function expansion and development needs.
In addition to providing the traditional USB to serial port function, ATMEGA16U2 can also allow users to define other functions, such as the USB port can be configure as a mouse, keyboard, game joystick, camera and so on
2. Based on the 2011 version, SDA and SCL are adde to the external interface (located on the left side of AREF). The IOREF interface provides the Shield with a voltage reference. In addition, a port is reserve on the left side of IOREF for future product compatibility.
3. The RESET circuit has been improve over the 2011 version. Prevent the RESET from accidental RESET, and the RESET circuit is more stable.

About Arduno Mega:
Arduno Mega is a microcontroller development board with ATmega2560 as the core, which has 54 sets of digital I/O input/output terminals (14 of which can be PWM output), 16 sets of analog input terminals, 4 sets of UART (hardware serial ports). A 16 MHz crystal oscillator is used. Thanks to the bootloader, programs can be downloaded directly via USB without going through another external writer. The power supply part can be directly supplied by USB, or use the AC-to-DC adapter and battery as external power supply.
Due to the open source code, and the use of Java concepts (cross-platform) C language development environment, allowing Arduno’s peripheral modules and applications to grow. The main attraction for artists to use Arduino is the ability to quickly use the Arduino language with Flash or Processing. Such software communication, make multimedia interactive works. Arduno developed the IDE interface based on the principle of open source code, which allows you to download free for use in projects, teaching, motor control, interactive works, and more.
Power supply design
The Arduno Mega power supply system has two options, USB direct power supply or external power supply. The power supply selection will be switche automatically. External power supply can choose AC-to-DC adapter or battery, the voltage range of this control board is 6V~12V, but if the voltage provided is less than 6V, the I/O port may not be able to provide 5V voltage, so there will be instability; If the supplied voltage is greater than 12V, the regulator is likely to overheat protection, which is more likely to damage the Arduno MEGA. Therefore, the recommended power supply ranges from 6.5 to 12V. 7V or 12V is recommende.
